- AI Markit platform data
If you use AI Markit, we may collect and store the business information, prompts, files, inputs, outputs, and related account data you place into the platform.
Based on the details you provided: a. that data is stored in the AI Markit platform, b. access to that data is intended to be limited to the client, c. we do not use your data to train public AI models, and d. we keep that data while you continue using the platform, then delete it within a reasonable period after you leave, subject to legal obligations and limited technical backup retention.
- CRM and communications data
We use GoHighLevel as our CRM solution.
We may use personal information in our CRM to: a. manage enquiries and client relationships, b. record communication history, c. send reminders, follow-ups, onboarding messages, and service notices, d. send marketing messages where consent has been given or where otherwise permitted by law, e. run email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication workflows, including automated messages where you have consented.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
No internet transmission or electronic storage method is fully secure. Because of that, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
